WAA's privately offered partnerships were organized to seek capital appreciation while minimizing volatility. As a result of the strategies that the Partnership intends to utilize, it is expected that its returns has a low correlation with the monthly returns of the traditional equity and fixed income markets.
The exact nature of the General Partner’s strategy is proprietary and confidential. Generally, by the application of fundamental analysis, technical analysis, sentiment analysis and seasonality, the General Partner intends to determine the direction of market trend, the extent and duration of the trend in a historical context and the strength of the trend as measured by volume relationship, momentum oscillators, and key moving averages.
Within this context of information, The General Partner intends to implement a strategy which not only tries to protect the value of the Partnership’s holdings, but it will allow the Partnership to profit in a variety of market environments. The Partnership will typically take long or short positions in capital or exchange-traded derivatives, futures options, based on the General Partner's views on the overall market direction as influenced by major economic trends or events.
